    **Corporate Audit Analyst Program (CAAP) - Automation & Information Technology Risk Management Overview: **

    The Corporate Audit Analyst Program (CAAP) - Automation & Information Technology Risk Managementwill introduce you to Bank of America and the Corporate Audit department. Corporate Audit is responsible for providing an independent assessment of whether controlling processes within Bank of America are adequately designed and functioning effectively to mitigate potential risks.

    Corporate Audit is a global team responsible for providing independent assessments of business activities across Bank of America.

    The mission of Corporate Audit is to effectively and efficiently support the company’s risk governance framework by determining whether controlling processes and controls over strategic, credit, market, liquidity, operational, compliance and reputational risks are adequately designed and functioning effectively.

    In that regard, Corporate Audit activities are designed to provide reasonable assurance that:

    • Resources and assets are adequately protected.
    • Significant financial, managerial and operating information is complete, accurate and reliable.
    • Employees’ actions are in compliance with Bank of America policies, standards, procedures and applicable laws and regulations.

    Corporate Audit maintains independence and objectivity by reporting to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. Corporate Audit teammates cover all areas management culture that supports the Corporation's business objectives.

    A Day in the Life:

    The Corporate Audit Analyst Program (CAAP) - Automation & Information Technology Risk Management, is a two-year rotational program in which participants rotate through two, one-year rotations across the Information Technology Risk Management & Automation teams. This rotational process helps teammates develop a solid knowledge base of the technical areas within Corporate Audit and the Bank.

    As a CAAP participant - Automation & Information Technology Risk Management, you will work on an innovative team that focuses on a technology skill development path with rotation options within Information Technology Risk Management and Automation. While working in the technology track you will be aligned to analytics and line of business teams to build subject matter expertise to support a more proactive and continuous audit approach.

    Analysts will create / maintain accurate and clear work documents and expected to complete tasks efficiently (on time and accurately).

    Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

    • Developing core skills focused on audit practices, methodology and business expertise
    • Identifying key risks and controls within business processes
    • Team collaboration on assignments and specialized projects
    • Promoting a culture across the company where risk management is embraced as vital to achieving responsible growth

    **Corporate Audit Analyst Program - Automation & Information Technology Risk Management Opportunities **

    CAAP assigns analyst to teams across Information Technology Risk Management and Automation. Opportunities on these teams include positions supporting various business groups, such as the below:

    o Business Banking

    o Chief Financial Officer Group

    o Global Commercial Banking

    o Global Corporate & Investment Banking

    o Global Markets

    o Global Operations

    o Global Risk Management

    o Merrill

    o Preferred Banking

    o Private Bank

    o Retail Banking

    *Team assignments are developed based on business need and aligned to skillset and therefore cannot be guaranteed

    Qualifications

    • Candidates are required to be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or accelerated (4+1) degree program from an accredited college or university. Eligible candidates must have a final graduation date between November 2025 and August 2026.
    • GPA of 3.5 out of a 4.0 scale or higher is preferred
    • Common areas of study include but are not limited to:

    o Computer Science

    o Computer Engineering

    o Information Systems

    o Statistics

    o Mathematics

    o Other STEM major

    • Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to adapt to change, be flexible and open minded
    • Must have the ability to effectively communicate quantitative topics to technical and non-technical audiences
    • Candidate should demonstrate proficiencies in Microsoft Office, leadership, teamwork, problem solving organizational and analytical skills
    • The candidate must also demonstrate the ability to be decisive and committed to accomplishing tasks
    • Candidates should have an understanding of program applications including but not limited to Python, SQL, R, and/or C++

    • Must be able to plan, execute, and evaluate audit test plans within a risk-based audit methodology

    • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple work efforts and to quickly change direction
    • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities
    • Ability to work in a very detailed manner

    Desired Skills:

    • Prior data experience (i.e. analytics; data mining; automation)
    • Prior Analytical / Automation Skills (SQL, SAS, Python. Alteryx, Advanced Excel)
    • Strong presentation skills
