THE CHANCE TO MAKE AN IMPACT

After starting with intensive training, you’ll begin the first of three rotations. Depending on your interests and business needs, you could rotate through three of our four sector teams, including: Global Corporates, Financial Institutions Group, Trade Origination or Cash Origination.  

In each rotation, you’ll work closely with experienced relationship directors, learning how to assess a client’s needs, then formulate and execute the right solutions to help them reach their goals. You may:

• perform financial analysis of potential clients

• prepare presentations and memorandums for existing and new clients

• support credit and onboarding due diligence

• attend client meetings with experienced bankers

• network and build relationships across a global organization.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS PROGRAM, YOU MUST:

• successfully complete an undergraduate degree between December 2023 - June 2024.

IDEALLY, YOU WOULD ALSO HAVE:

• a GPA of at least 3.2

• unrestricted US work authorization

• a strong interest in business and banking

• strong communication and writing skills

• resourcefulness, team-orientation, enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrated through participation in extracurricular activities.
