What You Can Expect

The Investor Services Sales Summer Analyst Program is a dynamic client-facing position within the financial services industry that demands exceptional presentation and communication skills, strong analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to help identify innovative solutions to best serve clients. During the nine week internship, you will gain exposure to a broad array of products and services for several different institutional client types and gain exposure and participate in numerous client meetings and calls.

You will assist the sales team on day–to-day relationship management for existing clients and help prospect and source new potential clients for the firm. You will also work in partnership with various teams across functions and regions, allowing you to obtain deep knowledge of the financial services industry across many lines of business.

This role requires highly motivated, strategic thinkers that have a passion for the financial services industry. You may be placed within one of several Investor Services Sales desks, including Asset Owners, Insurance and Government Sponsored Entities, Asset Managers, Derivatives Clearing, Prime Brokerage, and Latin America sales.

You may receive a full-time offer upon successful completion of the program.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0
• Graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Fall ‘18 or Spring ‘19
• Attend college/university in the U.S.
• Authorized to work permanently in the U.S.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and initiative, energy and confidence
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while building strong relationships
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
