Our Winning Women Program is designed for females pursuing a Master’s or PhD who are interested in learning more about the firm, our business and our culture. The program offers students a first-hand look at what it’s like to work at a leading financial services firm in Quantitative Research, Model Risk Governance & Review, and Machine Learning.

This event, which takes place at our headquarters in New York City, gives students an opportunity to meet some of our senior leaders, learn more about our firm and interview for our quantitative internship programs. It will put you on track to join us full-time, as we hire the majority of our full-time associates from our summer internship class.

As an intern in our Summer Associate program, you’ll spend your summer working alongside our top tier professionals, driving innovation through financial engineering, machine learning, derivatives modeling, asset and liability management and risk management. You'll help develop or validate mathematical models, methodologies and tools used throughout the firm while gaining in-depth insight into the world of investment banking and associated model risk.
