Credit Research Analyst, Gaming, Lodging, and Leisure

As a Barclays Credit Research Analyst, Gaming, Lodging, and Leisure, you will be the supporting analyst coverage for the high yield gaming, lodging, leisure, and cruise line sectors. The team consists of sector-oriented analysts that publish trade-oriented research to institutional clients. You will be part of a top ranked II fixed income franchise and require cross collaboration between the High Yield Loan, Bond Trading, and distressed trading and sales force. You will also have direct exposure to the co-head of the HY trading desk daily.
Salary / Rate Minimum: 125,000
Salary / Rate Maximum: 170,000

What will you be doing?
• Supporting the Senior Analyst, responsibilities including financial modeling, qualitative analysis and writing research
• Being responsible for providing partnership for internal and external client constituents
• Ensuring diligence of new issuers or names to the market
• Monitoring market developments that may affect individual credits
• Contributing to maintaining a positive working environment within Credit Research
• Interacting and collaborating with investors and corporate management teams
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Relevant experience in fundamental sellside or buyside credit research or other areas of credit or equity corporate analysis
• A strategic thinker with solid judgement
Skills that will help you in the role:
• This role requires FINRA licensing: SIE, S63, and S7, however, if you are not registered, we will offer sponsorship that will allow you to achieve this
• Your analytical and problem-solving skills and a resourceful, entrepreneurial spirit will help you work effectively in our team environment
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a time sensitive environment whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail
