CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – BILINGUAL SPANISH
As a Spanish Speaking Barclays Customer Service Representative, you will be delivering the highest standards of customer service and creating exceptional experiences by actively listening and establishing rapport with our customers. You will be joining our Customer Care team and upon successful completion of our language assessment and core training/integration program, you will join our bilingual Spanish team, in which you will receive an enhanced rate for all hours worked as a Bilingual agent. You will have the opportunity to utilize your language skills on a daily basis as you will be interacting with both our English and Spanish speaking customers and offering to conduct communications in their preferred language.
When you’ll work:
The Care call center is a 24/7 operation. Our organisation works to offer a variety of weekly shifts, including non-standard business hours and/or weekends.

What will you be doing?
Providing support to our English and Spanish speaking customers in their preferred language
Receiving inbound phone calls from customers and servicing their needs effectively and efficiently
Listening and establishing rapport with our customers
Understanding and analyzing customer needs while adhering to compliance regulations and security policies
Responding to queries in an efficient and timely manner
What we’re looking for:
Fluent in Spanish, both verbal and written, either a native speaker or a language qualification
Fluent in English, both verbal and written, either a native speaker or a language qualification
1 years’ experience in a customer service or call center role
Determined and customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude
Skills that will help you in the role:
Attention to detail, an understanding of the importance of accuracy and responsiveness
Proficient with internet skills with excellent organization and work prioritization skills
Knowledge in Banking or credit card experience
