    EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT- REAL ESTATE

    As a Barclay’s Executive Assistant, you will provide full secretarial assistance in Investment Banking. You will schedule and coordinate meetings and events and help maintain busy appointment calendars. You will be arranging and coordinating travel schedules and reservations. Working with answering, screening, and routing telephone calls and responding to inquiries from internal and external clients and liaise with senior level individuals throughout the firm.

    Salary / Rate Minimum: $75,000

    Salary / Rate Maximum: $95,000

    WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

    •     Providing a high level of administrative assistance to investment banking teams (8+ people)

    •     Scheduling and coordinating meetings/events, maintaining busy appointment calendars

    •     Answering, screening, and routing telephone calls; responding to inquiries from internal and external clients and liaising with senior level individuals throughout the Firm

    •     Acting as back up for other assistants in the office

    •     Handling correspondence, including drafting replies and composing letters and memos

    •     Arranging and coordinating travel schedules and reservations, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, etc  

    •     Preparing and tracking T&E expenses

    •     Handling special projects as they arise

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

    •     Over two years of administrative experience in investment banking industry preferred

    •     Experience working with senior level executives in a corporate setting

    •     Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word for Windows, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook essential
