Bank of America’s Experience Design team includes interaction designers, graphic designers, production designers, researchers, experience strategists, design program managers, content strategists, design technologists and other creative professionals. The team is constantly iterating, solving problems, and working together to ensure our digital platforms empower customers to reach their financial goals.Are you currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in design, HCI, psychology, business management, or computer science? Are you passionate about user experience and interested in a career in digital design? If so, consider joining Bank of America and being part of the Experience Design team as an Experience Design Undergraduate Summer Intern.

We are seeking talented students who want to develop real-world skills as they create user-centered experiences for our digital platforms which include mobile app, responsive web, ATM, Artificial Intelligence and other emerging technologies.

As an Experience Design Undergraduate Summer Intern you will:

• Participate in the full product-development cycle, from idea to implementation.

• Collaborate with other researchers, designers, product, marketing, technology, and other partners to create delightful experience concepts.

• Graduating with a bachelor’s degree between Dec 2023-June 2024 in design, Industrial Design, HCI, Psychology, Business Management, or related field.

• Is an enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and an intense focus on achieving results.
