MARKETING FRONTIER ENGAGEMENT MANAGER
As a Barclays Marketing Frontier Engagement Manager, you will interact with inflight flight attendants and other key management contacts, actively building long-term trust and sharing the key benefits of the card program for all stakeholders, the airline customer and airline. Building trust and continuous reinforcement of the value creation, will increase both the participation in the program within the ranks of the inflight flight attendants, and expand the operational support for the card program on the planes and in the crew rooms.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Being a Subject Matter Expert on all things related to assigned partner(s) credit card offer
Demonstrating effective and compliant engagement practices and techniques. Must adhere to all codes, Barclays US sales and each partners’ model for effectiveness
Filtering program feedback to Field Engagement lead on program opportunities and barriers via set meetings and ad hoc communications
Ensuring crew rooms are stocked with applications and other collateral related to the card program at all times
Driving awareness and participation in communication portal sites. Encourage enrolment and suggestions for improved content and other strategic enhancements
Driving awareness and enthusiasm around promotions, incentives and sweepstakes
Partnering with card advocates to focus on non-participants and low engaged
Ensuring compliance to all set channel policies and procedures and work with Live Channel Governance manager to address any gaps
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
3+ years general relationship/business development/marketing experience required
High School Diploma required
3+ years of experience developing marketing/relationship skills succeeding as an influencer with partners and external clients as well as internal colleagues
SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU IN THE ROLE:
College Degree preferred
Ability to travel extensively, as required
Ability to work non-traditional hours as driven by events and traffic in assigned crew rooms (early AM, evenings, occasional weekends)
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
