    As a Barclays Vice President - Transactional FX Sales, US, you will be accountable for the origination and management of the FX payments for International Corporate Banking clients. Your team manages a product offering focused on FX Payments allowing clients to make payments as needed for foreign currency conversion or receive funds from customers sending money from abroad through any Barclays channel. You will help the integration of our FX capability with our payment’s channels, which allows clients to automate elements of their FX workflow.

    Salary/ Rate Minimum: $145,000

    Salary/ Rate Maximum: $215,000

    What will you be doing?

    • Developing, articulating, and delivering a strategy to acquire and grow new transactional FX business in the region
    • Managing a portfolio of clients based on the footprint of corporate clients covered by the corporate bank in the region
    • Delivering expert support and analysis to Relationship Directors and assisting staff on all FX related content to ensure acquisition and growth of transactional FX business in the region
    • Being a key member of the team globally co-ordinate client opportunities with transactional FX sales colleagues in UK, US, and APAC
    • Building and maintaining solid relationships with key stakeholders across Product, Coverage and Foreign Exchange teams to ensure business opportunities are progressed
    • Providing a high level of technical knowledge, solid grasp of markets and regulatory requirements
    • Focusing on how to work with the Coverage colleagues to identify new Transactional FX opportunities

    What we’re looking for:

    • Solid grasp of Transaction Banking products
    • Experience in selling cross-border payments
    • Very great communication skills – written and oral
    • Excellent social skills

    Skills that will help you in the role:

    • Existing experience with Transactional FX product set and specifically cross-border payments

    Where will you be working?

    You will be working at our Americas Headquarters at 745 Seventh Avenue. This 32-story office tower is located in Times Square in the heart of Manhattan and features a cafeteria, fitness center and state-of-the-art LED signage on the facade of the building.
