FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER- ANALYST
As a Barclays Finance Business Partner Analyst, you’ll assist on finance support for Operations on USCB aligned transaction cycles and ensure high standards are met through behaviour & support junior colleagues in their attempts to meet the performance targets. Within this role, you’ll also assume accountability for performance to achieve goals and priorities and to seek to increase all aspects of diversity across the organisation through leadership, thought-provoking of others where necessary, and seeking alternative points of view.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Supporting the USCB Operations Sr FBP
Lending support in preparing presentations for special topics/ad-hoc analysis
Handling monthly accruals for contact center vendor forecasting productive spend, training and coaching, incentives, and scorecard
Utilizing WFMT requirements, performance dashboard, operations training schedules
Providing support in month end close by analysing anomalies in the general ledger postings and coordination with accounting team to correct entries
Assisting with Finance Business Partner to non-Frontline headcount related Operations areas to prepare forecasts and provide month end commentary and variance analysis
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
One to three years’ experience in financial services with degree qualification as a minimum
Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills a must, with ability to balance multiple critical requests from various stakeholders with outstanding precision
Desire to learn and natural sense of curiosity, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Proven ability to balance commercial, client, and regulatory needs across businesses and geographies
SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU IN THE ROLE:
Ability to develop and maintain constructive relationships with internal stakeholders across all levels and geographies of the organization
Exceptional communication skills across a variety of forums and mediums, with proven ability to distil information into key messages and deliver succinctly according to audience
Professional accountancy qualification or equivalent relevant experience (ACA/CIMA/CFA)
