Researches and analyzes high-risk transactions across all payment channels to identify possible cases of fraud. Interacts with internal and external customers and supervisor to recommend and perform appropriate actions required to mitigate losses and to provide a positive customer experience.

Duties:

• Identify fraud patterns and communicate observations to the analyst(s).Provide support to Field Investigators.
• Maintain and update case management system for tracking of fraud cases and relevant information.
• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers, including support all branches.
• Work with Mentor to determine next action based on research results to mitigate fraud losses.
• With mentor Research and analyze high risk transactions across all payment channels.

• Must have an expected graduation date between December 2018 – June 2019.
• Must have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above.
• Must be available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, for the duration of the program.

Position Qualifications:

• Major in Business, Criminal Justice or related field
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to develop solutions to complex challenges
• Ability to multi-task as required
• Ability to work independently on special projects
• Demonstrates aptitude to utilize computer systems, adhere to bank policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with applicable bank regulations.
• Good communication skills
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Works well in a team environment
