FUNDS ONBOARDING ANALYST
As a Barclays Funds Onboarding Analyst, you will provide global support through single point of contact for agent trading client on-boarding requests and queries. The team’s primary responsibility is to proactively source and collate information that expedites the completion of Know-Your-Client (KYC), Credit and Legal due diligence, as well as processing to meet regulatory requirements (e.g. Dodd-Frank). The Funds Onboarding function, in liaison with on-boarding partners (Sales, Clients, KYC, Credit and Legal), is designed to centrally capture on-boarding and related change requests in order to enable trading and provide notice to the business and clients of when they are good to trade. The Funds Onboarding Team is an integral part of the Global Operations Division and supports a wide variety of activities across a range of financial markets globally.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
You will facilitate onboarding of funds for various Asset Managers.
You will understand client’s requirements of which products they are looking to trade and manage the E2E Onboarding process to facilitate that request including regulatory checks, Credit Risk due diligence and applicable Legal documentation.
You will develop client relationships throughout the onboarding process by providing clients with a “One-Stop” shop service model.
You will build strong working relationships and liaise with internal and external dependents including Clients, Sales, Trading, Credit, Legal and Operations in order to ensure a smooth account opening experience for the client.
You will utilize internal systems for workflow management and data storage.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
0-3 years work experience

Understanding of industry regulations including but not limited to MIFD, EMIR, Dodd Frank, UCSM etc
