PROGRAM DATES

The Summer Internship Program is a 12-week, full-time program which runs from JUNE 4 – AUGUST 24, 2018.

JOB DUTIES

• Assist with the execution of the talent management strategic initiatives: on-boarding process, skills assessment, training activities

• Assist with the organization of the Fall Town Hall and the Audit Training Week in partnership with Corporate Events

• Update/Maintain new hire paperwork

• Support the logistics for the CAE Quarterly Meetings including all US entities

• Organize monthly US Coordination & ERM team meetings

• Design and manage the results of internal surveys to measure effectiveness of initiatives such as: training, flexi-working, on-boarding process, events

• Assist in preparing reporting requests for training, certifications, staffing

• Prepare broad communications to all US entities including: early dismissals, inclement weather, business continuity

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

• Must have an expected graduation date between December 2018 – June 2019.
• Must have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above.
• Must be available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, for the duration of the program.
• NOTE: U.S. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position

QUALIFICATIONS

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree
• Crisp communication skills with the ability to express facts and ideas clearly both verbally and in writing
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task as required
• Possess strong organization, customer service and project management skills
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
