    The Human Resources Associate Development Program (HRADP) is a unique opportunity to jumpstart a rewarding career in Human Resources.     The HRADP is a 12-month rotational program which will provide exposure to various areas within HR. You will participate in on-the-job training, projects and rotations to develop a broad understanding of Human Resources to allow you to grow into an impactful, contributing member of the Human Resources team.

    Program Information:

    • Johnston RI base location
    • Participants are placed in four rotations across HR
    • Participation in Citizens Early Career Program providing enterprise knowledge on the company’s strategy and business lines, networking with other Early Career participants, volunteer opportunities and a team based special project presented to senior leaders
    • Exposure to senior leadership
    • Participants will have an executive sponsor to help guide you through the Program

    Upon successful completion of the Program, graduates will be placed in a full-time role in Human Resources

    Hours per Week: 40 Work Schedule: M - F 8:30am - 5pm

  • Qualifications
    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated academic achievement
    • Expected graduation date of May 2019
    • All majors will be considered; coursework in Finance, Accounting, Economics, and Marketing beneficial, but not required
    • GPA: 3.0+ required, 3.4+ preferred
    • Demonstrated leadership
    • Self-starter and self-motivated
    • Intellectually curious; a lifelong learner
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong analytical and technical skills
    • Ability to present effectively and persuade others
    • Team player who can work closely with others to complete projects under pressure with limited time and resources
    • Internship or relevant work experience preferred, but not required
