    This 10-week program kicks off with orientation and training, providing in-depth insight into our global business operations. After training, you'll have the opportunity to apply your knowledge while gaining hands-on experience in one of the following areas of the firm: Asset Management, Consumer & Community Banking, Commercial Banking, Corporate & Investment Banking, and Corporate. Specific roles include Compensation, Analytics, and HR Business Partners, as well as HR specialties such as Talent & Development, Recruiting, Benefits and HR Service delivery.

    You'll contribute to our industry-leading performance management, training and development, and recruiting and diversity initiatives that drive talent throughout our global business. Refine your skill set and build your professional network through one-on-one mentorship and access to senior business leaders throughout the summer. Upon successful completion of the program, you may receive an offer of full-time employment.

    We're looking for highly motivated individuals with a passion for cultivating human capital.

    Key Qualifications:

    • A well-rounded academic background — minimum required cumulative GPA of 3.2
    • Pursuing a B.A., B.S. or 5th year M.A. or M.S. with an expected graduation date of December 2018 or June 2019
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
    • Excel, PowerPoint and Word proficiency
    • Relevant internship experience and leadership in school or community organization
    • Authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
