Our Licensed Relationship Banker Development Program is the gateway to a fulfilling career in retail banking and sales. This 12-month program is designed to fuel your professional growth and development through comprehensive training and to set you up for success as a leader at Citizens Bank. The program kicks off with robust classroom-style and on-the-job training. Following this, you’ll enter our four-month licensing process that includes coaching from a supportive team to help you develop the skills and expertise you need to succeed as a Licensed Relationship Banker.

    WHAT MAKES OUR PROGRAM SPECIAL?

Participation in the program will set you up to secure your FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses and state-specific Life & Health Insurance Licenses. You’ll also receive Kaplan study materials and 200+ hours of paid study to earn the required licenses. You’ll also have the opportunity to engage with and help customers to better understand their financial needs and plan for retirement.

You’ll have exposure to leadership within both the wealth and retail networks, as well as opportunities to partner with sales executives within the mortgage, wealth, and business banking divisions. You’ll also have the opportunity to engage with and help customers to better understand their financial needs and plan for retirement.

A few months after joining, you will attend a two-day event that includes development, networking opportunities, recognition, and—of course—fun. You’ll also have the opportunity to job shadow twice a year to help you identify your career path, and you’ll be given the chance to volunteer with colleagues during your tenure.
