Job Description

Working with senior Leaders in the Home Loans team, the Home Loans Analyst Intern will afford the opportunity to work on various strategic initiatives and projects.

Duties:

• Mortgage Marketing positioning & value proposition
• Analyze/improve purchasing funnel
• Create Realtor Value Proposition
• Establish network working group to increase mortgage production
• Test pricing relative to market
• Test "Uber" for mortgages
• Strategic analysis for capacity planning models, ROI on HELOC
• Resolution of HELOC End of Draw issue
• Build out and implementation of Empower & Sales Support

• Must have an expected graduation date between December 2018 – June 2019.
• Must have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above.
• Must be available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, for the duration of the program.

Position Qualifications:

• Major in Informing Business Strategy for Home Loans (Mortgage) business, Business or related field.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytics and critical thinking skills.
• Self- Starter.
• Ability to work independently and within teams.
• Eager to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Availability for entire Intern program term.
