Following receipt and acceptance of an internship offer, successful fellowship applicants will receive funding toward their first-year tuition and academic expenses. After a successful first summer with us, fellows could be eligible for additional funding toward their second MBA year if they choose to rejoin Barclays full-time following graduation.

REQUIREMENTS AND HOW TO APPLY

To be considered for the fellowship, you must be in your first year on a U.S. MBA program and apply to one of our US based 2023 Summer Associate openings below. If selected as a finalist, you will be invited to participate in a fellowship interview as part of the internship assessment process. Note that you must receive and accept an offer for our Investment Banking Summer Associate program in order to be eligible for the fellowship.
