    As a Barclays Personal Assistant to Global Head of Citizenship, you will be accountable for providing administrative and organizational support the Global Head of Citizenship. You will be managing schedules and leading as a trusted point of contact, ensuring seamless coordination, efficient task management, and a professional presence for the Global Head of Citizenship. This is an opportunity to report to the Global Head of Citizenship, where discretion and integrity and adopting a flexible and ‘can-do’ attitude are a must.

    Salary/ Rate Minimum: $80,000
    Salary/ Rate Maximum: $107,000

    What will you be doing?

    • Scheduling and diary management for the Global Head of Citizenship including giving answers to meeting invitations and requests, booking appointments, conference calls/Vcs and travel
    • Maintaining confidential and sensitive information and leading with discretion and integrity at all times
    • Planning and arranging travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, VISAs, foreign currency, and medical requirements as needed
    • Processing expenses and dealing with any expense or corporate card related queries
    • Undertaking a wide range of other administrative duties, such as raising Pos, processing and approving invoices, and annual leave records management
    • Creating and maintaining team distribution lists where applicable and assisting with events to bring the team and function together
    • Cultivating relationships across Barclays to facilitate a quick answer to team questions on a range of topics, such as technology, catering, security, and medical facilities
    • Leading as a Champion to all grades in the wider Public Policy and Corporate Responsibility (PPCR) function with assistance, know-how advice, and guidance on Barclays’ systems

    What we’re looking for:

    • Coordination and organizational skills, ability to multi-task, plan and deliver work to deadline, prioritize workload accordingly and work flexibly to meet business needs
    • Ability to work unsupervised, independently, and answer requests quickly under pressure
    • High-level knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) with a particular focus on Excel proficiency
    • Proven ability to manage multiple forward-looking calendars and must be able to use initiative and prioritize own work as well as being a team player who exhibits Barclays values

    Where will you be working?

    You will be working at our Americas Headquarters at 745 Seventh Avenue. This 32-story office tower is located in Times Square in the heart of Manhattan and features a cafeteria, fitness center and state-of-the-art LED signage on the facade of the building.
