PRODUCT COMMUNICATIONS LEAD
As a Barclays Product Communications Lead, you will join our Global Technology Infrastrucute Service (GTIS) function. You will be a key participiant of Product Governance forums and collaborate with the product management leadership team while representing products across the GTIS portfolio. You will be responsible for supporting Product Managers achieve their strategic outcomes through the ownership and development of clear, coherent, strategic and multi-channel communications and adoption campaigns.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Joining cross functional product working teams as the communications SME, assisting across all phases in the lifecycle
Planning and executing integrated communication and adoption plans that deliver greater understanding of emerging technologies within Barclays and new ways of working
Creating a community engagement group with users of our technologies across the bank
Actively seeking to engage our users to achieve sustainable outcome and equitable decision-making processes
Deepening relationships and trust with users in order to help us to build products to support their ambitions
Driving and influencing the successful adoption and change management of strategic technologies in the Bank
Tracking the effectiveness of communications against programme KPIs to ensure value add of communications and adoption activity
Collaborating with teams such as Corporate Communications, to understand the needs of the business and our colleagues
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
Five+ years’ experience in Corporate Communications, Employee Communications or End User focused Communication role within a global organization
Experience of analyzing data and insights from feedback mechanisms and translating this into compelling communications
Graphic design experience and proficiency
General knowledge of key tech products would be beneficial - cloud, workstations, video conferencing
SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU IN THE ROLE:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent management, planning, organizing and upward management skills
Ability to translate complex technical programmes into simple but engaging, exciting messages and campaigns
Able to use IT, especially creative software packages and tools, to design and prepare
