    What will you be doing?

    • Being responsible for managing medium to large projects with multiple business, operations, and technology stakeholders
    • Organizing project delivery cadence and running effective discussions with senior leadership and project team
    • Coordinating overall project documentation across all bank functions including requirements, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, weekly status reports, etc
    • Defining , creating and updating project plan and tracking upcoming deliverables
    • Performing daily administrative tasks including time management, training and other duties as required
    • Ensuring projects are completed according to time and budget schedules, &objectives conform to line of business' overall standards, operations objectives client’s needs
    • Managing work teams through successful delivery of intended outcomes
    • Leveraging project management best practices and apply lessons learned from completed projects

    What we’re looking for:

    • Five years project management experience with demonstrated experience managing medium to large initiatives, involving multiple business/operations/technology
    • Proven ability to manage and influence resources to deliver to intended outcomes in a matrixed environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in MS Office applications: Project, Excel, PowerPoint, etc

    Skills that will help you in the role:

    • PMP/PMI certification, LEAN or Six Sigma a plus
    • Good working knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies, certifications a plus
