QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST

As a Barclays Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring business operational requests completed by Barclays Bank Delaware are in adherence to State and Federal regulatory compliance with Bank Policy and regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for providing feedback to Management in regards to trends and training opportunities in order to continue improving the process and enable management to provide guidance to the Business Area.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Reviewing requests completed by colleagues to ensure they consistently meet Bank Policy requirements and regulator expectations

• Completing error correction verification and ensuring timely completion

• Providing regular feedback relating to quality assurance reviews to Management in order for Management to continue providing guidance to the Team 

• Maintaining the Quality Monitoring Tool including updates and user support for the network

• Assisting with departmental tracking and reporting

• Supporting any special projects or critical casework

• Actively ensuring compliance with the Barclays Bank Delaware Code of Ethics, Privacy policies, Fair Lending and related regulations, policies, and procedures

• Participating in any required corporate and business line training in these areas

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

• Two+ years’ experience in BCUS Operations role

SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU IN THE ROLE:

• Knowledge of credit card regulations

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Attention to detail, understands importance of accuracy and responsiveness

• Results driven with a commitment to continuous process improvement and quality
