Job Description:

Owns all product and customer segmentation, marketing-related modeling, targeting recommendation, test-and-learn plan, and customer analytics.

Other responsibilities include:

• Customer & Product Segmentation
• Client Target Models
• Modeling
• Cross-sell

Provide analytical support and information needs for customer segment and modeling development. Develop marketing targeting models. Assess existing model performance by marketing programs and channel. Manage and coordinate model documentation, validation, and ongoing performance measurement.

Duties:

• Manage and maintain targeting model inventory.
• Coordinate ongoing model documentation efforts(internal models and vendor models).
• Provide analytical and information support to customer segmentation and modeling.
• Build targeting models.
• Support sales lead generation and marketing programs – model scoring, targeting recommendation, test plan, result measurement.

Applicant Requirements

• Must have an expected graduation date between December 2018 – June 2019.
• Must have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.30 or above.
• Must be available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, for the duration of the program.
• Note: U.S. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Qualifications

• Masters student majoring in Data Science andAnalytics, Economics, Statistics or related field.
• Highly motivated and results oriented with a desire to exceed expectations.
• Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and courage in their leadership style.
• Good communication skills with the ability to express facts and ideas clearly both verbally and in writing, interacting professionally, transparently and effectively with people at all levels.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to develop solutions to complex challenges.
• Ability to multi-task as required.
• Experience with SQL and SAS or other statistical modeling tools.
• Ability to work independently.
