Review Issues portfolio for CBB to identify and remediate issues without appropriate action plans, milestones, and accountability. Review documentation for issue closure. Review business line issue management standard and process for improvement opportunities in collaborations with subject matter experts. Coordinate the review and completion of the CBB Exam Management Playbook, resources and reporting. Streamline the first line risk assessment process for NPBA. Develop a process with first line risk to monitor change management initiatives within CBB.

Duties:

• Create program management plan for all assigned tasks based on stated deadlines.
• Daily collaboration with subject matter experts to gain knowledge for assigned tasks.
• Utilize analytical skills to identify issues and/or to design a solution for issues.

• Must have an expected graduation date between December 2018 – June 2019.
• Must have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.00or above.
• Must be available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, for the duration of the program.
• Demonstrated interest in Financial Services preferable.
