About your internship

Join us and you will be an integral part of our team. Over 10 intensive weeks you will experience what it’s like to work for our international bank. You will go through two job rotations and gain a wide range of practical experience. During your internship, you will also benefit from training courses, seminars and a variety of networking events. Successful interns will be invited to join the Deutsche Bank Graduate Program.

About Risk

The Risk division has a fundamental responsibility to protect the Bank. With group-wide responsibility for the management and control of credit, market, operational and reputational risks, we have a unique vantage point which allows us a holistic view of our businesses and our clients. Your role

Our interns are given the opportunity to learn about our business from different viewpoints, giving you a career advantage. Working on our day-to-day business as well as on special projects, you will contribute to the innovation of new ideas in support of this dynamic and critical business function.

You will use your commercial skills to prepare analysis to support risk management decisions. You will observe market developments, identify risks and their drivers, calculate potential risk exposure and set risk appetites, develop mathematical models and formulate solutions to mitigate the financial and non-financial risks the bank faces.

Through gaining experience across the Risk function, the internship is an ideal way of finding out whether a career in Risk meets your needs and aspirations.

We are looking for bright minds with strong academic records from all disciplines, particularly Business, Economics, Mathematics and Engineering and some practical work experience to create a positive impact for our clients.
