What will you be doing?

Barclays Services LLC seeks SAS Data Analyst in Wilmington, DE (multiple positions available):

• Validate lists and apply remediation treatment on impacted accounts
• Utilize SAS or another type of software to query bank’s database to identify accounts impact by opened incidents
• Work in a cross-functional team environment to provide data driven analysis and support the implementation of various business strategies into our computer systems
• Develop, implement, document, revise and test data, systems, quality standards, and remediation plans associated with customer facing incidents and problems
• Identify root cause of issues, size populations, measure financial and customer impact, and remediate issues
• Utilize Oracle and UNIX scripts for automation processes and integration
• Work with TSYS Mainframe through Visual Basic/SAS scripts per test scenarios to condition test data and validate test results
• Optimize and tune SAS programs and systems for performance and scalability
• Perform statistical and analytical analysis on data to identify patterns and trends
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and databases for efficient data retrieval
• May telecommute

What we’re looking for:

• Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Operations Research or related field; and
• Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation

You will be working at our Wilmington, Delaware location at 125 South West Street. Barclays' Wilmington campus includes two beautiful buildings located along the historic Wilmington, DE Riverfront.
