SALESFORCE MARKETING CLOUD DEVELOPER

As a Barclays Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, you will join the Salesforce Marketing Suite of products. You will be acting as an internal subject matter expert and developer to help achieve this. You will be joining a diverse set of people with fluid style, versed in Agile process with a keen need to get work done. You will be a permanent member of the USA team and grow into a technology leader in the company as we fully adopt salesforce in key marketing areas.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Resourcing that can push development efforts in Salesforce with our international team of developers

• Owning the Salesforce marketing cloud products and head technical discussions and join in strategic planning sessions

• Planning, documenting, and organizing coding for both themselves and for the global teams

• Acting as the point of growth for Barclays US Consumer Card Marketing business and prospective employee should expect to ramp up and contribute quickly

• Responsible for migration of campaigns and development into SFMC email and mobile channels

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II Certification preferred

• 4+ years of experience working in Apex Programming, Lightning experience (1+ year), Controllers, Triggers and APIs (SFDX, Lightning, LWC, Apex, Triggers, Flows, SLDS)

• At least 2 projects experience working in Lightning development projects, custom controls and web components

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Development Life Cycle (Agile Methodology) including Deployment/Packaging effectively using Metadata API and ChangeSet

SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU IN THE ROLE:

• Data manipulation and loading skills / deep understanding

• Developing RESTful APIs to support internal and third-party integration highly desirable.

• Innovative, self-motivated, passionate individual with proven analytical skills, excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership attributes

• Salesforce certifications, experience with Shield, SFDX, Marketing Cloud and Einstein
