Hours: 10 hours per week

Description:

Requirements for applicants are rigorous: in addition to strong technical skills that translate to a trading desk, applicants are required to possess outstanding communications skills (verbal and written) with the ability to manage responsibilities and decision-making in a fast-paced, client-facing sales & trading environment. The intensity of the pace, analysis and environment are distinct and different from that of a research team or portfolio management group.

Desk placements will be within Equities and/or Fixed Income.

Quantitative expertise required.

Criteria:

• Must be available in NYC for the duration of the program
• Must complete work during the weekdays (no weekend work permitted)
• Must be pursuing a Masters degree in financial engineering, or similar degree
