What will you be doing?

• On behalf of a global financial services organization, develop and integrate a streamlined development and release process for software applications.
• Work with Quality Analysis (QA) team to define system integration testing scenarios. Review system integration testing (SIT) exit reports produced by QA Testers.
• Deliver SIT exit report to User Integration Testers.
• Define business requirements to lead and implement technology solutions.
• Liaise with technology delivery managers to provide Barclays application and service owners timely deliveries.
• Run daily scrum calls and agile demos.
• Manage daily scrums, sprint cycles, retrospection, product deliveries, life cycle of payment interface, notification interface, data In/Out of LOAN IQ and Advanced Commercial Banking System (ACBS).
• Develop micro services using Java Spring Boot, concurrency and Multi-threading for Loan IQ Data Transformation Layer.
• Participate in regional and global Storage Infrastructure Capacity Management reporting and remediation.

What we’re looking for:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (any) or related field and five (5) years of post-baccalaureate progressively responsible experience in the position offered or as a Software/Systems Engineer, Senior Developer, Senior IT Analyst or related occupation. Must have experience with: Building Tandem systems in test environment for Quality Control (QC), UAT and out of cycle testing activities, including restoring the Production database volumes into test node using RESTORE and MEDIACOM utilities; Providing end to end support in payment processing from Global Banking Systems (GBS) via Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT); Tandem Advanced Command Language (TACL), Transaction Application language (TAL), ECOBOL, COBOL85, Screen COBOL, Tandem C, Enform, File Utility Program (FUP), Pathway, Spoolcom, Peruse, File Transfer Protocol (FTP), Inspect JAVA, Shell scripting, SQL; HP Nonstop Tandem, Mainframe, LINUX; GIT, JIRA, Tomcat, Maven, Rest APIs, Eclipse, Control-M, and Service Manager; and Information Technology Infrastructure Library(ITIL) processes.
