SHORT TERM BUSINESS TRAVEL COORDINATOR
As a Barclays Short Term Business Travel Coordinator, you will act as a primary point of contact for new Short Term Business Travellers. You will co-ordinate data produced by travel team and analysis conducted to identify potential taxable travellers. You will ensure the efficient and effective workflow management once taxable travellers are identified and provide appropriate handling and coordination of queries from customers, third parties, internal stakeholders, and ensure all related controls and checks are completed.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Analyzing of traffic light reports as produced by our external partner (EY) to determine potential taxable travellers to the US
Monitoring the days spent by business travellers and coordinate the early warning threshold emails to colleagues
Acting as a point of contact for any queries from either internal stake holders and with external stakeholders (EY) to ensure smooth running of the STBT program
Ensuring effective tracking of invoices and facilitate cost centre information to finance
Monitoring agreed SLA’s and escalation point for policies and processes linked to the STBT program
Ensuring effective resolution of customer enquiries and investigate any complaints
Delivering process improvements and carry out administrative tasks to support the STBT program
Ensuring that all related controls and checks are completed and signed off in line with program guidelines
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Customer service experience and the ability to handle queries from senior colleagues and explain compliance requirements of the STBT program
Ability to work under pressure, co-ordinate and prioritise activities and self-discipline to meet deadlines
Solid knowledge of STBT program and policies for business travel into the US
Excellent verbal and communication skills, the ability to interact with all levels of management
SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU IN THE ROLE:
