    At JPMorgan Chase, our strength lies in the diversity of our people. Our Sophomore Development Program offers second-year university students, who self-identify as Black, Hispanic or Native American, the opportunity to develop foundational skills in finance. This intensive program will develop your technical and professional skills and build your network across our firm.

    You’ll start the program with virtual sessions designed to establish an understanding of your current skillsets and build your financial fundamentals. Each session will teach you about a different aspect of our business. Based on program participation and post-assessment, select candidates will be invited to the four-day program in Chicago.

    Between June 19-22, you’ll join us in Chicago, with travel and accommodation paid by JPMorgan Chase. You’ll have the opportunity to apply your unique background and experiences to a career where you can have an impact on individuals, businesses and communities worldwide. This Early Insight program is designed to help you determine which internship programs best match your skills and interests.

    The in-person program will help you practice your skills, provide deeper insight into our various career paths and allow you to experience first-hand what it means to be part of a leading financial services company. You will learn about financial markets, participate in case studies, and network with recruiters and business leaders.

    This program is intended to be your start to a successful career at JPMorgan Chase. You’ll see how we have an impact on our clients and customers and how our purpose-driven culture drives what we do. We’ll provide you with the tools and experiences to transition into a career in financial services, as you determine which internship programs best match your skills and interests. Successful Fellows will have the opportunity to apply for a summer internship at the end of the program.

    We are looking for talented students with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or greater.

    To qualify for this program, students must self-identify as Black, Hispanic or Native American and expect to graduate in 2020.
