As Barclays Structured Derivatives Sales Vice President, you will partner closely with Private Banks in the US and LatAm as well as to pitch and executed structured derivative solutions such as cross asset linked notes, predominantly linked to Equities. The Team acts as a central point of contact for clients, and works regularly with Barclays’ Exotics Trading team. This role provides the opportunity to learn about a wide range of products and client types, and team members are quickly entrusted with a large amount of responsibility.
Salary / Rate Minimum: 155,000
Salary / Rate Maximum: 250,000

What will you be doing?
• Pricing structured notes for Private Bank, LatAm and Broker Dealer clients
• Working with the sales team to generate termsheets for live trades
• Collaborating with middle office and ops teams to resolve settlement and operational issues
• Being responsible for managing and executing secondary transactions
• Assisting with onboarding new clients and actively source new opportunities
• Generating and proposing new trade ideas working with structuring team
• Working on client due diligence and maintaining proper adherence to our frameworks
• Working on improving current functions and technology with testing and automation
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree, five years of experience and knowledge of vanilla/exotic options and pricing of structured notes
• Keen ability to take point on projects beyond day-to-day pricing flow
• Experience covering indirect retail clients for structured notes
• Experience with Excel (basic formulas, vlookups, pivot tables)
