    TALENT ACQUISITION OPERATIONS ANALYST

    As a Barclays Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst this is an exciting opportunity where you’ll focus on work authorization verification process in the Americas, primarily the Form I-9 employment eligibility verification process in the US. Being with Global and Regional HR Service Centres as well as subject matter experts related to Payroll, Talent Acquisition Operations. You will be responsible for the management and day to day running of HR systems, processes and services that are provided to HR and to the Group.

    WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

    • Coordinating Legal Right to Work collection between candidates/colleagues and Authorized Representatives completing verifications for the Americas region

    • Facilitating a control environment through execution of daily, weekly and monthly controls reconciling all source MI in Access ensuring timely completion authorization verifications

    • Reviewing, verifying, and inputting into the vendor portal the work authorization details provided by new joiners

    • Providing internal colleagues due to for work authorization reverification, and immigration counsel colleagues

    • Performing audits and peer review checks to ensure 100% accuracy of work authorization verifications and E-Verify compliance

    • Reporting on compliance status and daily controls adherence to leadership

    • Meeting with team members regularly to identify process pain points and suggest efficiencies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

    • Providing excellent customer service to stakeholders and candidates

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

    • One plus years of administrative experience in fast-paced, service-oriented environment

    • One plus years of Human Resources experience a plus.

    • Microsoft Office proficiency

    SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU IN THE ROLE:

    • Experience with Microsoft Access

    • Experience with Form I-9 and E-Verify employment eligibility verifications

    • Experience with CARCO/Cisive

    • Experience with HireRight

    WHERE WILL YOU BE WORKING?

    You will be working at our Americas Headquarters at 745 Seventh Avenue. This 37-story office tower is located in Times Square in the heart of Manhattan and features a cafeteria, fitness center and state-of-the-art LED signage on the facade of the building.
