    As a participant in the Technology Development Program, you have the exciting opportunity to experience multiple disciplines within Information Technology to determine which one fits your skillset. In this year-long program you will develop the skills and knowledge necessary to support critical IT systems in a complex enterprise environment. Participants will be trained in three areas within the Technology Services organization starting in June 2019.

    Participants will do three 4-month rotations within Infrastructure and Networking. Participants will be trained for four months in each of 3 rotational areas within their track and will complete the full training program in twelve months with an expectation to be placed within Technology Services on a go forward basis at the end of the training cycle. Specific training and potential rotations could include, but are not limited to the following: Infrastructure Architecture, Hosting and Network Services, and Application Support and Database Services

  • Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Demonstrated abilities with applied programming in at least one of the following Java, Python, Angular JS, AWS, or .net
    • Experience in systems analysis and design, process automation or optimization, business requirements gathering, Agile, and Storyboarding is helpful
    • Database knowledge
    • Strong written and oral presentation skills
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, CIS, Engineering, Statistics or other technology related degree
    • Expected graduation date of May 2019
    • Minimum GPA 3.0
