TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

As a Technical Project Manager for the Digital Strategy team, you will engage with vendors, the PMO team, the dev team, and business stakeholders from various asset classes to establish priorities and manage critical project deliverables. We are working on introducing new-to-bank technology so the successful candidate will have experience in managing and evaluating risk, and building solid relationships. Projects will focus on digital assets, distributed ledger technology, and pure crypto initiatives.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

•     Collaborating with experienced stakeholder SMEs, vendors, and the PMO team to understand requirements and define solutions within the Digital Assets space

•     Managing the delivery of key strategic priorities across the SDLC

•     Conducting specific business analysis tasks as directed by the management team

•     Preparing and tracking delivery plans across all teams including external vendors

•     Ensuring the planned outputs deliver the agreed outcomes and that the outcomes remain relevant

•     Holding regular project calls – working group, status reporting, steering committee – to provide a clear and concise project status updates to a wide range of stakeholders

•     Managing all project documentation including reporting on benefits realization and KPIs

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

•     Extensive experience as a Project Manager in the Investment Banking space

•     Proven ability to partner and build solid relationships with stakeholders across Front Office, Middle Office/Operations, and Compliance and Technology teams 

•     Solid analytical skills and evaluative judgement

•     Technical background and understanding of Blockchain technology

SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU IN THE ROLE:

•     Working experience working on a front-office trading platform

•     Possessing solid attention to detail

•     Working experience with Microsoft Teams, Jira, Confluence, etc. 

•     Being proactive and self-motivated
