Areas you will gain experience and improve your skills include but are not limited to: coding in multiple programming languages, agile practices, design thinking, data management, technical knowledge of bank applications and infrastructure, and leadership. Please note: potential locations for this Program include the greater Providence and Boston areas. Within this program, you'll also have the opportunity to participate concurrently in Early Career Development Programming (ECDP) - a robust, 4-month program designed to give our new colleagues a strong foundation of Citizens Bank. Through the ECDP, you'll experience:

• 2-day Orientation in downtown Boston with all bank-wide development program colleagues
• Professional development workshops (such as Agile Methodologies and Presence & Presentation)
• Customer and client site visits
• Networking opportunities with senior leadership
• Dedicated community service activities
• Strategic Challenge where you'll work in small teams to solve for an organizational problem and present your recommendations to a panel of executives

NOTE: THIS FULL-TIME PROGRAM BEGINS IN EARLY JUNE 2020

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO APPLY

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, IT, MIS, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or other technology-related degree
• Expected graduation date of May 2020
• Minimum GPA 3.0
• Strong written and oral presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills

EXPOSURE TO AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING VIA INTERNSHIP AND ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE IS DESIRABLE:
