  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    This position will handle all administrative functions under the direction of the Plant Manager; responsibilities will include prepare and maintain data for production/operations, various reports and correspondence; assist in the development for processes, skill, and execution; handle all matters with professionalism and confidentiality.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Prepare written correspondence, reports as needed for Plant Staff; provide verbal/ written communication to external vendors, customers, or guests.
    2. Assist in development and format for procedures related to skill, process and execution.
    3. Maintain the upkeep of office supplies.
    4. General assignments as needed; support staff as needed.
    5. Data entry, timely and accurate purchase orders, accurate inventory data, and timely receipts are critical tasks and must be maintained while performing the duties of this position.
    6. Manage accounts payable, supplies, etc.
    7. Manage Mail service, Fed Ex, UPS etc.
    8. Duties as directed by the plant manager.
    9. Assist in recordkeeping for employees as directed by Safety and HR.
    10. Answer Phones, receive visitors and maintain front office.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred

    Related Experience: 2-4 years of experience in an administrative capacity utilizing strong analytical/computer skills

    Skills : Microsoft Office with strong skills in spreadsheets; have a working knowledge in other software programs is desirable; IBM, Maximo
