OVERVIEW:
This position covers service sales responsibilities of all GSS service products including service agreements, spare parts programs, upgrades, and repair businesses.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible to support the GSS Manager in the business development for Taiwan.
Develop a database. Analyze the install base, visiting customers to document all major processes customers are running, identifying process problems to identify potential for paid services and other service business opportunities.
Work with the Service Manager to identify the potential and develop service products.
Analyze the fab cycle time and identify different “added value” service business needs in the different cycle phases.
Responsible for creating documentations on business requirements, project management and service products
Prepare monthly GSS sales report to ensure timely and accurate updates.
Participate in the development of long term strategic planning for GSS.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with Service Manager and Aftermarket Manager to create bundled service offerings, promotional material and presentations.
