    How will you make an impact?

    The BioProduction Inside Sales Internship responsible for maintaining and implementing the North American Inside Sales team with several pivotal initiatives. These activities will cover the entire Bioproduction portfolio. Primary customers include pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, Animal Health, R&D, cGMP, medical device, environmental, and research universities/institutions. This position may develop into a fulltime Inside Sales role.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategy for the cell and gene therapy platforms
    • Provide input to leadership on ways to improve the structure and processes to improve performance in Cell & Gene Therapy accounts
    • Define and implement the consistent application of best practices across the LinkedIn Navigator platform project.
    • Build “dashboards” or decision-making tools of performance metrics on the basis of strategic initiatives
    • Engage directly with the Inside Sales team in each designated region to increase customer engagement with a goal of helping to achieve assigned Annual Operating Targets.
    • Participate in sales, product & systems training, marketing campaigns, special projects as presented by the Company to develop appropriate selling skills consistent with Company philosophy, policies, and procedures
    • Use knowledge and understanding of the Company’s operational processes, market position, and competition to identify ways to increase sales qualify leads (SQLs) that fit our strategic objectives.

    How will you get here?

    • High School diploma and currently enrolled in 3rd year+Bachelor’s Degree program (Biochemistry, Biology/Molecular Biology, Business Administration, or Management).
    • Previous Sales Experience.
    • Ability to optimally interact with other subject areas within the Company such as Marketing, Customer Service, Sales Support, and other selling divisions.
    • Ability to appropriately represent Company to internal and external clients.
    • Strong analytical, spreadsheet, and creative skills.
    • Possess a strong understanding and proficiency in life sciences and/or the bioprocess industry to be able to serve as a resource for customers and effectively present information to research & process development scientists, purchasing, supply chain personnel.
    • Proficient digital literacy including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), Email, and Website Analysis.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills with effective strategies for interacting with a wide variety of audiences.
