JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Biostatistics Associate - Intern for our Biostatistics Team located in Mattawan, Michigan. 

The Biostatistics Associate - Intern position is responsible for ensuring that the appropriate statistical methods are applied to reported data in a federally-regulated research environment.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• BS in Statistics / Applied Statistics / Biostatistics or comparable field and 0-2 years of relevant experience.

• Good oral, written, and presentation communication skills.

• Proficiency with SAS and other statistical software.

• Familiarity with FDA/ICH guidelines/guidance and procedures, a plus.

• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Computer skills, commensurate with Essential Functions and including ability to learn a validated system.

• Ability to work extended hours beyond normal work schedule to include, but not limited to, evenings,weekends, extended shifts and/or extra shifts, sometimes on short notice.

• Ability to work under specific time constraints.

Charles River is committed to helping our partners expedite their preclinical drug development with exceptional safety assessment services, state-of-the-art facilities and expert regulatory guidance.
