Position Summary:

The QA Specialist for web content and commerce will responsible for supporting all aspects of Quality Assurance activities for Eileenfisher.com. The QA Specialist will assist with all testing and validation of new website development releases as well as new content releases in pre-production and post-production environments across all devices. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who is detail oriented, has experience creating and running automated test scripts, and who is passionate about quality improvement and getting things done right the first time.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

New Web Development

• Create high level testing strategies and test plans for all website development releases
• Create and execute all manual and automated test scripts
• Responsible for User Acceptance testing for all development releases across all devices and browsers
• Responsible for Functional and Regression testing of all development releases

New Content Releases

• Testing all homepages and landing pages across devices and browsers; ensures all images, copy, CTAs and linking are accurate
• Testing all promotions; ensures coupons and markdowns are valid throughout the site
• Coordinates tags and tracking implementation parameters
• Validate the pre-production and post-production design and functionality for AB testing

Additional

• Works with the call center to recreate customer issues, documents and submit to development team
• Responsible for executing and testing redirects
• Assist with submitting well written and well documented bug reports. Tracks issues in coordination with various web teams (Developers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, etc.) until they are closed

Create reports for all test execution
