    ABOUT NEW HAVEN, CT:

New Haven, Connecticut, blends Ivy League energy with coastal charm. Home to Yale University, it offers world-class museums, cultural events, and a vibrant arts scene alongside a warm, welcoming community. Known as the pizza capital of America, its food scene rivals major cities, complemented by outdoor escapes at East and West Rock Parks and along Long Island Sound. Conveniently located between New York City and Boston, New Haven combines urban excitement, growing biotech opportunities, and small-town appeal in one dynamic that feels like home.

    ABOUT THE CLIENT:

The client is a venture-backed biotech company in New Haven, CT, focused on making advanced functional health insights accessible beyond the research lab. They are developing novel proteomic biomarkers for cardiorespiratory fitness, body composition, and metabolic health and personalized, actionable tools designed to enhance chronic disease prevention. Located in a well-regarded co-working lab incubator, their CLIA-registered lab is developing and commercializing innovative laboratory-developed tests (LDTs) built on proven proteomic technology.

    ABOUT THE ROLE:

Clinical Laboratory Technologist / Chemist will manage laboratory operations and serve as Testing Personnel under CLIA guidelines. This is a bench-level position, ideal for someone with 1+ years of clinical laboratory experience who is eager to work hands-on with cutting-edge proteomic technology in a fast-paced, translational environment. You will work closely with organizational leaders and operations teams to process samples, run assays, and maintain quality and compliance as we prepare for CLIA certification and clinical launch. Future opportunities for advancement to General Supervisor or Technical Supervisor roles as organization scales.
