Accounts Payable Specialist Collegium Pharmaceutical, Inc. - Canton, MA
Overview Collegium Pharmaceutical, Inc., a specialty pharmaceutical
company focused on the development of innovative treatments for chronic
pain, is actively seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our
rapidly-growing team in Canton, MA. This individual must be ready for
the challenges and responsibilities that come from working in a
high-energy, fast-paced environment. Looking for an Accounts Payable
Specialist to support the Accounts Payable Team as a part of a growing
Finance Team. This position requires strong organizational and
communication skills. Must be comfortable working with all levels of the
company and have the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to
details. Responsibilities * GL coding and data entry of vendor invoices
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies * Obtain invoice approvals
- Maintain vendor AP files * Respond to accounting inquiries internally
and with vendors as needed * Assist with 1099 filings * Support the
sales department and in-house team with Concur expense reporting *
Review and process expense reports * Other duties as needed
Qualifications * Associates Degree or equivalent * 0-2 years experience
previous relative experience preferred * Experience with Concur and
Great Plains is preferred but not required * Strong interpersonal skills
