    Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) is seeking a qualified individual to fill a part-time technical and analytic position in support of the Department of Defense (DoD) Office of Drug Demand Reduction (ODDR). The ideal candidate will have relevant and technical work experience with the DDR Program (DDRP), including the Laboratory Management Information System, Forensic Toxicology Drug Testing Laboratory, and the DoD Drug Testing Program (DTP) systems. This is a hybrid position, with the flexibility to work from home while participating in some in-person client and team discussions. Some travel will be required with this position.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the DDRP Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
    • Serve as the SME for the Forensic Toxicology Drug Testing Laboratory (FTDTL) IT, iFTDTL Portal, and Drug Testing Program (DTP) systems
    • Serve as the LIMS readiness tester for the multi-year DDRP LIMS modernization effort
    • Assist in integrating new laboratory instrumentation with the LIMS
    • Conduct data analysis from the LIMS and the iFTDTL portal
    • Serve as the part-time DoD Automation Coordinator

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor of Science degree in the physical or biological sciences applicable to Forensic Toxicology
    • Minimum of 10 years' experience using the DoD FTDTL LIMS
    • Minimum of 10 years' experience in forensic laboratory information technology (IT) support, management and operations
    • Knowledgeable of the software capabilities and limitations of analytical instrumentation used in Forensic Toxicology including Agilent LCMS/GCMS, Agilent RapidFire and Hamilton Star systems
    • Knowledgeable in technical IT environment including MS Server, VMware, Data Innovation Instrument Manager, DHCP, ACAS, Ivanti, SCCM, Tanium, MS GPO, MS Active Directory, MS Windows workstation and the application of security patches/STIGs to all systems
    • Advanced skills in the use of computer software to include but not limited to Oracle Databases, Tableau data analytical tools, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Proficient in the English language in speech, writing, and personal interactions
    • Skilled in inter-personnel communication, management, and conflict resolution
    • Ability and willingness to travel up to 4 weeks per year to DoD laboratories or meetings
