    Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) is seeking a Strategic Communications Analyst to support Department of Defense senior-level clients with portfolios focused on infrastructure, climate, and energy resilience programs. As a Strategic Communications Analyst, your goal will be to lead communication efforts required for comprehensive program implementation to improve the resilience of DoD installations. You will work directly with the project manager and regularly interact with client stakeholders.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide overarching strategic communications and outreach support for the energy, resilience, sustainability portfolio for CTC's DoD clients.
    • Apply technical knowledge to the development, dissemination and presentation of outreach materials and to the completion of research and analysis for special projects, presentations, information papers, articles, and reports to both internal and external audiences.
    • Develop creative visual aids and graphics to present and communicate new concepts.
    • Establish outreach plans, recognition programs and develop briefings, information papers, speeches, and other communication tools.
    • Support online and social media efforts, such as developing and managing website content, Facebook pages, and Twitter accounts.
    • Coordinate Service-wide campaigns and events, to include Energy Action Month, and manage award campaigns within the client's portfolio. .
    • Collaborate with both internal (e.g., military installations, public affairs) and external stakeholders to increase awareness of the client's initiatives and strategies.
    • Some travel and late nights may be required.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • B.A. or B.S. in a relevant field, such as communications, public relations, marketing, or journalism.
    • At least four (4) years of experience in developing or supporting organizational communications activities.
    • Experience in developing visual aids and graphics to convey key messages or new concepts.
    • Ability to work both collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
    • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills for web and print.
    • Interest in working on DoD projects to advance national security.
    • U.S. Citizen and must be able to acquire a DoD Common Access Card

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • MA or MS in related field

    • Knowledge of military installation engineering, energy, and water issues and trends

    • Knowledge of Marine Corps and/or Air Force structure and operations

    • Experience using publishing and layout design software such as Adobe InDesign.
