    Summary of Internship

    The Connectivity Product Management Intern position provides a remote opportunity for students who are currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree to get hands-on experience working with product managers in a fast-paced Connectivity Services environment. The intern will contribute to new connected product launches and global expansion projects, and gather Voice of Customer and market intelligence to advance best practices for cross-functional strategic alignment.

    Essential Functions

    • Support a variety of product management activities and may be assigned to a variety of programs throughout the department, for example: Europe capability assessment, third party channel management, creation of new warranty tracking system, current global service analysis, marketing and e-commerce opportunity assessment, and more
    • Be involved with many aspects of product launch and global expansion, including Voice of Customer, Voice of Sales, market intel, and business case analysis
    • Accept candid feedback and look proactively for areas of improvement
    • The intern will work under the close supervision of product managers and project managers from a variety of cross-functional organizations including connectivity service, R&D, field implementation, data analytics, and market development
    • Specific projects and tasks will be tailored to the intern’s experience level and abilities to ensure a good learning experience for the intern, while providing tangible impact and value for the business
  • Qualifications
    • Candidate for Master of Business Administration Degree
    • Previous internship and/or work experience
    • Familiarity with cloud connectivity in any capacity (engineering, marketing, strategy, other) preferred
