Job Description
The purpose of Corporate Programming Manager is to provide leadership of Stratas programmers and provide IT/OT support to all Stratas production facilities. The support of Stratas production facilities is to assist in equipment improvement initiatives and continuous improvement at each facility. This position is expected to be a contributor to Stratas Foods by supporting technical development of new and existing processes and packaging equipment. With leadership from immediate manager this position will assist in standardizing IT/OT processes and procedures for Stratas production facilities.

Education:
This position requires a degree in engineering or equivalent experience
Related Experience:
5-10 years of project management and leadership experience required. Experience leading a centralized center-of-excellence function preferred. Working knowledge in personal computers (Microsoft software necessary, Project management, Microsoft Project preferred) and basic understanding with Allen Bradley PLC. Knowledge of CMMS such as MP2 is a plus. Must have good working knowledge of general PC systems.

Physical: This position will require employees to walk up stairways and be able to be in the field standing for long periods of time (2 to 4 hours at a time)
Sensory: Ability to hear, see, speak, smell and touch well is necessary to perform basic essential task
Mental Reasoning: Basic problem solving skills will be necessary
