Customer Experience Quality Specialist

The Controlled Temperature Technologies (CTT) Busines Unit is responsible for management of industry leading products that support our global mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. As a CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE QUALITY SPECIALIST in the CTT Business Unit, you will have the opportunity to support our global customer network acting as a subject matter expert in the area of customer escalation resolution and management in the Cold Storage and Temperature Control product families. As a key part of the quality and product management teams, you will drive continuous improvement of customer experience and product quality in partnership with business partners in engineering, operations, service and more. You will build and keep track of key performance metrics working with internal and external partners with a focus on driving improvements. You will also provide quality leadership to improve Critical to Quality (CTQ) parameters to support overall customer satisfaction efforts.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
· Oversee resolution and management of customer escalations
· Coordinate and drive solutions to poor customer quality experiences with the factory quality engineers, suppliers, engineering and the service organization using the tenants of continuous process improvement
· Lead Customer Focused Improvement Team initiatives in partnership with including Quality, Product Management, Engineering, and Service Teams.
· Provide Voice of Quality / Manufacturing into new product development project teams using quality data and metrics
· Partner with Service Engineering to incorporate current escalation trends into Service Procedures and technical service bulletins
· Gather and analyze data to drive action and focus on the more impactful product improvements.
HOW WILL YOU GET HERE?
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline; equivalent combinations of education, training and relevant work experience may be considered (with a HS Diploma/GED as the minimum education requirement)
EXPERIENCE:
· 4+ years of experience in engineering, project management, technical product management or related fields. · Experience in customer facing roles is also desirable.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
· A strong drive to enable Customer Allegiance through cross functional collaboration
· Excellent organization and time management skills with strong attention to details.
· Proficiency at developing and maintaining organizational relationships
· The ability to communicate openly and effectively and the capacity to influence others
· Strong prioritization skills
· Computer skills: knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Work, Excel and PowerPoint) is a must.
