We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills and interest in learning about how total rewards (of compensation & benefits) works and aligns with employee value proposition. This individual will be working in various areas in that space. Key Responsibilities (Might change based on background and interests of the final candidate) US Benefits/Wellbeing - Assist with US Benefits team in reviewing and documenting knowledge articles and materials - Help set up work pilot for upcoming US wellbeing program initiatives - Research specifics and promote commuter benefit enhancement International Benefits/Wellbeing - Help with International Benefit team in reviewing and documenting local country benefits processes as well as knowledge articles and materials - Assist with research on any specific local country benefits offerings or policies - Wellbeing: work with local and global benefits brokerage partners to identify additional opportunities for local wellbeing programs and resources and come up with recommendations for possible implementation Sales Compensation -Research and investigate sales compensation design and practices - User acceptance testing projects in our sales comp system integration and enhancement work - Organization and creation of process documentation of sales compensation processes and steps; work with HR Ops team on reviewing and identifying opportunities for work/knowledge transfer Desired Skills and Experience - Strong analytical skills, with intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel - Strong project management skills - Customer service diplomatic and friendly - Positive, can-do attitude - Priority ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Can learn on the fly Dolby will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of San Francisco Police Code, Article 49, and Administrative Code, Article 12 Equal Employment Opportunity: Dolby is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
